How does Junior Football work?

Under 8 - Under 10 junior football is non-competitive and is focused on enjoyment and skill development.

Under 8 and Under 9 is non-contact.

Games for Under 8s are held at Quambee Reserve, North Ringwood, every Sunday morning with games fixtured at 9am, 10am, 11am or 12pm (TBC).

Under 9 – Under 13 (girls and boys) have a home and away fixture. Games are played on Sunday morning between 9am and 11am.

Under 14 - Under 17 (boys and girls teams) have a home and away fixture. Games are played in a Sunday between 11am and 4:30pm

Players can only register to this season if their date of birth is within the range below:

Pricing information

Under 8's

- get free registration for 2025 but will need to Ringwood JFC purchase socks & shorts

ANY NEW JUNIOR players

- get free shorts, socks and training top in Season 2025.
- Junior Registration Fee - $230.00

(Early Bird $210.00 prior to Christmas 2024)

EFNL Compulsory Insurance - $21.00

Additional information

EFNL Fixtures to be released in early 2025.

Preseason Information will be released by both Junior and Senior Committees accordingly
